The annoying bit

It looks like a heading. The HTML might be calling it a paragraph.

Big bold text is a visual decision. Search engines and assistive technology read the actual heading elements underneath it, which is where messy templates reveal themselves.

Worth knowing

Heading levels describe structure, not font size.

Use one clear page topic, then nest sections logically. Do not choose H3 because you prefer how it looks.
