You need to permanently remove names, addresses, account details or other sensitive content from a PDF before you share it.

Where it stops

Conversion is not enhancement.

A black rectangle on top is not enough if the original text is still underneath. This tool rebuilds affected pages as flattened images so the covered content is no longer selectable there.

Check what the format dropped.

Open the downloaded PDF and inspect every redacted page. Make sure each black area covers the full detail and nothing sensitive remains elsewhere on the page.
