Give the finished PDF one last look.
Open the exported PDF and quickly scan the first page, last page and anything you moved, removed or added. Page order is much easier to fix before you send it.
Smaller is not automatically better. Stop when the file is small enough for its destination and still looks or reads properly.

Is there a size limit?
There is no extra OutMonkey file-size or page-count cap in the browser interface. Very large PDFs, image-heavy documents or hundreds of pages can use a lot of memory and may take longer.
If the file is huge
If a huge document struggles, split the job into smaller PDFs first, then combine the finished pieces if needed.
