What this tool is for
PDF privacy & security
Inspect a PDF before you share it. The aim is a useful result without making you learn a full piece of software first.
PDF & Documents
Inspect page count, common metadata and whether an encryption flag is present.
Before you finish
OutMonkey is built to be simple enough for someone doing this once and useful enough for someone who does it every day.

Good to know
Open the exported PDF and quickly scan the first page, last page and anything you moved, removed or added. Page order is much easier to fix before you send it.
Make a new copy rather than relying on memory later. Keep the original somewhere safe until you have checked the privacy-safe version.
In plain English
PDF jobs sound technical, but most are simple: make it smaller, put pages together, take pages out or make a clean copy. Start with the job you recognise.
If you only need a few pages from a big PDF, extracting those pages is often simpler than compressing the whole file.
File size & formats
These document tools work with PDF files.
There is no extra OutMonkey file-size or page-count cap in the browser interface. Very large PDFs, image-heavy documents or hundreds of pages can use a lot of memory and may take longer.
If a huge document struggles, split the job into smaller PDFs first, then combine the finished pieces if needed.
